Reason #9 For Your Inner-strength

So I'm back on my self-love kick. A comment from Jason prompted me. In one of my recent posts, I talked about being there for other people because there are many people out there who need a shoulder. Your shoulder cannot be open for business, however, if you don't have it together yourself.
So what do you do if you are the one who needs a shoulder? We all come to that place over and over again....Let's be honest: There's no easy way out of depression. Having allies is always a plus. Being able to find a way to love you...that's how I got of my last bit of depression. Give yourself the credit you deserve; I know it's hard but you must. If you do not value yourself, everyone else will have a hard time valuing you as the beautiful person you are. It's a viscous cycle you have to end yourself. Everyone has the inner-strength to pull themselves out. It may not be strong enough yet, but you have the equipment. You have to start building it now so that you can pull yourself out. Love yourself, because then you can join forces and help out all of the countless others. Nothing worth having is easy to attain.
My challenge for you:
Be strong. Do something that is not easy. Find something that you absolutely love about yourself. If that is super easy, try to figure out something new that is special about you that has maybe been going unnoticed. If that is super hard then you have to dig. There is something beautiful about each and everyone of us. Don't leave the world hanging.
